Ken has been a licensed physical therapist for 28 years with a total of 42 years in patient care. He is a retired military office with 23 years of service, 10 years as a physical therapist. He has been trained in osteopathic manipulative therapy, trigger point dry needling, headache care, vestibular and dizziness syndromes. He has also been trained in craniofacial techniques and temporomandibular join dysfunction.
His interests include spending time with his wife, Betty, his two dogs, woodworking, flying drones and the great outdoors.

Josh graduated in 2010 with an Associates in Applied Sciences for Physical Therapy. He also worked as a Pharmacy Technician before going back to school to get his degree. He has been doing massage therapy, myofascial release & trigger point release for 14 years.
His interests include weight training & competing in strongman competitions (which he has been doing for more than 6 years, despite having a L4-S1 spinal fusion). Josh is a firm believer and proof that anyone can be pain free with functional movement, strength conditioning and training.

Tammy has over 30 years experience in the fields of sports medicine, physical therapy & osteopathic manual therapy.
Having worked with clients of all ages & physical abilities, she understands the barriers that may stand in the way of optimal health & performance whether that be with everyday activities, work or competitive sports. She brings an extensive understanding of the human physiology & it’s response to injury and trauma of all kinds. The goal is to facilitate recovery & create an environment of healing for the tissues & energy systems.
Taylor started at the University of Northern Colorado in 2016 and will graduate in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science.
Her specific areas of interest include sport rehabilitation and youth sports coaching.
Eventually, Taylor wants to pursue a master’s in Athletic Training. When not in school, Taylor enjoys hiking, spending time with family, reading, and coaching Start Smart.
